1.(A) Technical Bids. In triplicate consisting of Technical details bringing out clearly in a separate sheet the deviations in specifications if any from that of tender enquiry specification and also clause by clause compliance of specifications alongwith the commercial terms and conditions.

(B) Price Bids. In triplicate showing only itemwise price in a separate sealed cover inside the main cover.

2. It may be noted that when the main cover is opened on the date and time

scheduled for tender opening, only the technical bids will be opened and read out in public.

The time and date of opening of price bids will be intimated to the tenderers after technical evaluation

3. Tenderers should send full information in respect of the output that is guaranted they obtained from the machine they offer and also guarantee for the performance under the normal conditions and the tenderer should demonstrate guaranteed output after installation of the machine.

4 (i) The Suppliers manufacturers should furnish relevant technical literature in triplicate free of charge in the followings :

(a) Parts lists, i.e. list of items comprising the equipment arrangement assembly wise with number of parts against each.

(b) List of accessories required for operation of the equipment .

(d) Drawing and specifications concerning all technical details of the equipment components and accessories.

(ii) Price of each additional copy should also be indicated.

“ The tenderers attention is invited to clause 1 (A) of form DGS&D 231 above “Instructions to tenderers” whereby they are required to furnish clause by clause compliance of specification, if any. The firms are advised to submit the compliance statement in the following format alongwith technical bid failing which their offer will be treated as incomplete and are liable to be ignored”.
